Day 10 of Champix. Double dose now for a couple of days. they make me feel real sick in the morning, but food sorts that out.

Today is day 1 without smokes.

Feels like something is missing and I have a wierd headache, kind of. However, my mouth feels so fresh and my fingers don't smell - brill.

I'll just keep eating and drinking water throughout the day. If I can get through today, I'm on to a winner.

Have my docs appt this evening too, to get some more tabs.

ok - just short of 4 weeks now on the tabs.

stopped on day 10. have had no cravings since.

however, i forgot to take my pill this morning and i've gone uber-dizzy. ???? anyone else had this. I still don't fancy a smoke though.

ok. tomorrow will be 7 weeks without a smoke.

The champix pills were making me quite sick, so the doc gave me a tub of 0.5mg tabs instead of the 2mg a day ones. But I've been feeling alright, so i've halved my dose again, I only have 0.5mg in a morning and thats it. I feel fine.

I was a bit worried about coming off the tabs, but i've missed a couple of days and I felt fine. Didn't even notice.

So i reckon another couple of weeks on 0.5mg a day and i'll come off em.

Are you still off the dreaded weed?

I am now on week 10 and am doing fine but still scared of stopping the Champix.

i've done 3 months of champix. ready to stop the pills. i'm not happy about that. but i'll start smoking again if my brain is wired that way.
