glad u lookin happier..r u feeling happier? i am annoyed,,lol..am trying hard not to eat to much,as at a size 16 i am the skinny bird in my family..dunno bout the alcohol thing..as i have a very addictive nature,,but getting pissed is very appealing right now..

I thought i was feeling happier till I had an outburst earlier lol poor hubby is being really good with my mood swings. Feeling calm now though but thin the glass of wine i've just had helps!!

Day 14 whooo just spent the money I have saved £70 in 2 weeks I really don't know where I find all the money to smoke I'm not one for saving at all but £70 in 2 week HA HA cant believe it. How you all doing ?
Been using the champix correctly but feeling really sick so I'm now going cold turkey. Noticed today I have colour in my cheeks cant remember the last time that was feeling life is good today.

Tracy don't beat yourself up about it you are doing well. It must be hard with your hubby smoking don't think i'd be doing so well if mine was. He smokes when he drinks which is not very often. Keep up the good work.

Well day 6 is nearly over but I have been really wanting a ciggie today. Hubby has gone to pub so will really be put to test later if he smokes. Sometimes i wonder if 1 will be ok but I know it will lead to a whole pack before I;ve realised it. Why is it so hard to quit a stupud little stick???

you sound like u doin well mate.tonight i managed to get myself 3rd degree burns on my hand ..ended up in a and e..agony..boiling bubbling water out the microwave ...gutted. ..anyway to cut a long story short not feeling good about my chances..so if i fail horribly i shant post again untill i on the case again..nowt personal ...c ow the pain is tomoz..good luck e friend x
