I am new to this site and had a question about my smoking habit. I smoke about 20 a day sometimes more like 30 when I chain smoke. Is chain smoking worse for you than say if I smoked 80 a day? I just wondered as I am trying to give up but seem to smoke one after the other when I do smoke.
