That's true!
Nicotine gum is one of the best chewing for me. It really helps in quitting tobacco. I love both orange and mint flavor. The price is affordable and it's available in many pharmacies in town.

I am picking up the gum after work tomorrow. Nicorette is a good brand from what I hear, and from what you guys are saying, I suppose it is a good help at shutting down your addiction to Nicotine.

Dentyne ice, definitely...orbit tends to disintigrate over time and stride just doesn't last as long as they claim. Dentyne has that hard shell that has a lot of flavor and it's recommended by the American Dental Association!

I tried nicorette flavoured and original which tastes foul. Stopped twice with gum but then started again, not effective for me long term I'm afraid, doesn't tackle the psychological side of smoking so it just felt like extended cold turkey.
