SMOKERS DO NOT SMOKE FOR THE REASONS THEY SHOULDN'T SMOKE. TELL THEM THAT AND THE FIRST THING THEY WILL DO IS LIGHT A CIGARETTE. IT'S RIGHT INFRONT OF GOVERNMENTS EYES, THE SUCCESS OF ALLEN CARR METHOD IS OVERWHELMING.

Any 'experts' reading this, please do not continue to be arrogant, and listen to Allen Carr.

Read Allen Carr's Easyway to stop smoking or attend one of his clinics.
This really does remove all the hysteria surrounding different ways to stop.
When you are finally convinced to use his method and understand, you will just know.
Allen seems to have built a successful chain of over 75 clinics world wide, without the luxury of being aloud to advertise, you see you can't advertise none smoking stuff without saying "willpower required", beleive me, you do not need willpower.
His first book has sold many millions has been a best seller every year since it was first published, translated into over 25 languages.
The arrogance of many so called 'experts' is EVIDENTLY rediculous, why has the government and NHS not adopted this method or at least refer. Come on, all the successful corporations use the method. **** the pharmacitical industry and its advertising, they profit hugely from nicotine adicts and their sales of patches gum and other substitutes. Allens method is THE method for none smokers and ex smokers alike

Well, if celebrities such as Goldie Hawn, Demi Moore and Liam Neeson could have success with Allen Carr's Easway method, I guess it won't do any harm to check it out. After all, I have tried countless method to get rid of my heavy smoking habit and so far none of them have shown any success yet.

The purpose of hypnotherapy is to break the psychological habit of smoking. It is a nice to re-programme the subconscious mind so as to free the smoker from the psychological addiction to smoking.

There is also the physical addiction to deal with. From what I have heard , the psychological addiction is worse and harder to get rid of.

The psychological habit is much harder to break than the physical addiction. After all, nicotine withdrawals go away within 24-48 hours, but the psychological craving to pick one up persists for years afterwards.

I've tried so many times to give up, but something always gets me back into it again. I need to try this Allan Carr's program.

I have never heard of this, but would be interested in finding out more about it. Can someone tell me where to get more information or to find a clinic. I am very serious about getting the help i need to quit.
