Hi everyone..I`m quit 7 month ago...lucky me..tryed hard,and works..everyone ca do it.You can Stop too...I find some useful info here,I tryed some and it`s works,not just for me..I have a healthy lungs...stopsmoking-smokesfree-quitsmoking.blogspot.com/

I feel much better,come and try,you can do it if I could do it...
