I would like to share how i quit smoking going cold turkey and spending hardly anything and all it took was a little advice and power.
Many of us try everyday to stop but theirs only a matter of time till we start again.
Smoking is a horrible habit, at first i did not care but as life went on i felt it affecting me.
I use to love playing football and tennis but soon i was getting slower out of breath and couldnt keep up with my friends, it was quiet embarresing. Not only that my teeth were yellow, my wardrobe smelt of smoke i felt dirty.I really wanted to change this and QUIT.
I tried nicotine patches chewing gum doing more activitys but i still craved to smoke and did. I have spent hundres of pounds to try to stop and been unsuccessful.
I did alot of research on the internet and found a e book which actually worked. i took every word and followed it religiously. over 90% of people who have also quit because of the theory that is explained.
it took me 1 day to stop thinking about smoking and i have never touched a ciggarette again. I know feel cleaner, healtheir, fitter, richer and life for me could not be any better i wish i had found this first hand but better now then never, Seriously guy if you are seriouse about quitting and want to asap then please try what i have cause it works.
