You MUST get all sorts of grief if you try to use one of these things in a no smoking zone...

hey there actually I have had no probs the only times I have been questioned is in some bars and most of the times that is cause paeople are just interested in it and want to know where to purchase one. I have had no probs using it on trains and buses infact one of my friends is a bus driver and he uses it on the bus.

Never had any success with these but then I tried by relying solely on them, not a good idea. I just stayed addicted to nicotine and craved cigarettes. I suppose they can work as part of a coordinated plan to quit but not for me.

dont know if you have heard of the e-cigarettes? i've tried a few different things to quit, just like everyone else. patches didnt do it for me - couldnt shake the temptations and cravings of actually having a fag. the inhalator also didnt work for me either - the experience and feel of the thing is just too odd

been on the e-cigs for a little over a month now and it seems to be working out quite good so far. if you're not familiar with them, its basically an electronic fag. looks like a fag, lights up like a fag, creates smoke like a fag and gives you a good dose of nicotine. must admit, it did feel a tad weird at first, but its actually like a replacement. tastes a little sweet, which is fine by me, also i live in the uk, so it fits in with our smoking ban, and i can smoke it anywhere.

went to the site, put in the code got my e-cig and a months refills for half price and just received my 2nd months refills. it goes on month by month, untill i cancel it. i'll keep you posted on progress, but seems good so far, great little alternative to smoking over ten a day, and a heck of a lot cheaper aswell.

I dont have any luck with this treatment...unfortunately. I've tried some tee products and gums also, but it was pointless ..after few weeks I've realised that it wont help me at all. My girlfriend also used this products and ...there was better effect by her, but I still dont think that the gum ..tee and fake cigarettes are useful. I prefer pills. Kinda better effect on me. Hi, Im using one on my quit attempt it seems to be working out fine, it can be a bit strange to get used to and I wouldnt use it in public, just because it looks a bit weird. The taste can be a bit strong if you use it too hard but its just the same if you puffed on a fag a bit too strong!
