Hi All,
I've attempted to quit many times and tried al kinds of things from Allen Carr clinic to NRT to self-hypnosis.
I quit again on 1st June, but lapsed at the weekend. I'm back of the cigarettes now & also keeping a blog to follow my progress (as well as a bunch of other bad habits I want to break ad good habits I want to keep)

Hi Darren
I stopped a month ago and am also keeping a blog. I find it helps because I am honest on there and wouldn't like to admit if I lapse so I don't.

Hi I was interested in you going to an Allen carr clinic, I have quit for a month now from reading his book, maybe if you bought the book you could keep reading it till it sinks in- thats what I did good luck Kazza
