Hi, it will be 5 weeks this tuesday, well done to you too, keep strong, like you say you have to be determined, I still keep reading my book a few random pages each day, i've got to get rid of all the brainwashing, theres still times (especially when the kids are arguing) that I could kill for a cig but I will not buy any more, I know its stupid to smoke and I don't want my kids to start either
