Well done Dorota, another milestone passed!

In answer to your earlier question, I still smoke. Part of the reason for starting this site was to give me some encouragement to stop and some ideas for the best way to stop.

I had tried to quit smoking so many times in the past but for some reason this is the first time that I am determined to succeed. I had always relapsed in the past after only a couple of days & this was because I stupidly kept cigarettes 'just incase!!'. This time round I got rid of lighters and ashtrays and have kept no cigarettes - guess I really mean it this time.

Everyone is different, I decided to go cold turkey as for me just seems the easiest method though many of my friends have used the patches and they quit using those.
