Evening all!!

I am on day 6 of one of my numerous attempts to quit the little buggers!! Thought I'd join in the hope it may keep me on the straight and narrow!! Have lived like a hermit for the last 6 days keeping away from any temptations and alcohol!!

Oh well day 7 tomorrow good luck everyone!!

Hiya Lisa,

It's funny my name is Lisa also and I'm on day 6 too. You've made a wise decision....well done us for giving up. How's it going??? Today was my worst day...I was really angry and moody, my poor two year-old must have wondered what was up! I think it doesn't help that me and my son have been ill and cooped up for two weeks. Anyhow, I'm back at work tomorrow and hopefully the stresses won't be too much. Good luck with the quit. Lisa X

Day 8 not going too bad...had to cut two toddlers hair today and found after nearly losing my patience I was getting to the poinrt where a cigarette would've been murdered!! I managed to stick another logenzer in my mouth and calm down!!! How's it going for you? Are you better now? I still haven't been out apart from going to work!! Funny I have some NHS stuff that quotes "Stop smoking start living" at the moment I feel as if I need to "Start smoking to start living again"!! Lol!! Anyway good luck hope it's going ok!! Day 9 tomorrow!!

Hi Lisa,
This is my third quit attempt but this one will be the last.
Day 18 today and still going strong.
I have save £113 as of today!
It is getting a little easier, well it isn't getting any harder lets put it that way!
Keep going you're doing really well!!!!
