I just wanted to introduce myself and genuinely congratulate everyone that has quit whether it has been 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or for 1 year. I have now been smokefree for 4 years and I can promise you that it is worth it in so many ways.

I, like many on this forum tried many quit tools with some success, but always lacked on will power. I eventually (probably on the 4th or 5th time of trying to quit) gave up because I shifted my focus from the pain of quitting to what I could do once I had quit.
